Note the location of the GPS antenna. It must be pointed up during programming and use. It must also be clear of obstacles (like your thumb) during use. |

Make sure the unit has a chance to fully charge. |

Make sure you are utilizing the correct units of measure (Yards or Meters). |

Try programming a couple of "holes" in your neighborhood before you begin to program your first course. |
